The hotel location outside the city center was convenient. good wifi was available. check-in was easy and the staff proved friendly. the indoor pool had good water temperature. My mum liked it very much. bus connections to the city center were very close to the entrance.
i booked a seaside room with a balcony, but the provided room lacked a balcony. the receptionist told me all rooms with balconies were occupied. i discovered later that unoccupied balcony rooms existed .

i definitely need to mention the food. it was delicious. there were a lot of veggie and vegan options. it was excellent for a 4-star hotel. i looked forward to tasting everything, morning and evening.

The room was spacious with a great balcony that offered a lovely view. The included breakfast buffet had many options and delicious food. I found the pools really nice and the beach at the neighboring hotel was very nice. I really liked the variety of entertainment on the terrace every night.
The hotel facilities listed were not actually at the hotel. My son couldn't go alone so we ended up not using it. It was quite inconvenient.

the breakfast buffet was totally awesome! so much food to choose from. the pool area is great. there are so many loungers and a shaded section. the spa facilities rocked, and i got like, the best massage ever. i felt so chill afterwards!
my room overlooked the carpark! like, seriously? i wanted a sea view, not suvs. it's totally worth paying extra to avoid that concrete jungle view. next time, im demanding a room facing the water!

The front desk was friendly. The room was super clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered excellent choices. I loved that parking with shield was available (it cost EUR8/day).
Dinner was too crowded, and there was a long queue for most dishes. I think many people not staying at the hotel were coming for the buffet dinner.

The location is very nice. The hotel feels like a resort. It's full of trees and parkland. It is about a 10-minute walk to the President Beach, under the management of a sister hotel.
